Just opened in October 2024, Oxygen Activeplay in Reading is a great rainy day option with their indoor trampolines, soft play centre and so much more!

We had a brilliant time at the opening party for Oxygen Activeplay. They have everything you would expect from an active indoor playcentre – trampolines galore, an interactive sports pitch for football and basketball, giant games and a brilliant toddler zone.
There’s also challenges to try like the Gladiator-style Gauntlet where kids can run an obstacle course against each other – and see if they can do it in record time! My eight year old loved the challenge of this.
As a parent, I loved that the toddler zone had a view over the trampolines so I could keep an eye on my big kid while my toddler played. It’s great to find somewhere that keeps kids of lots of different ages engaged.
There’s also a lovely cafe with seats where the grown ups can relax while the kids bounce their time away!
We finished off our visit with a try out of the party menu which featured all the classics like chicken nuggets, chips and pizza which was all great quality. We also tried some of the items on offer from the adults menu and everything with halloumi in it was amazing!!
Oxygen Reading is well worth a visit if you are in the area. It has great equipment and is brilliant fun for kids it all ages. What stood out the most though was the staff who were all fantastic with the kids and made it a real experience to be there.
