Tiny Tutus is for 3–4-year-olds. The class introduces children to some of the fundamental principles of ballet whilst still encouraging creativity.
Active Antenatal Classes take the best elements of pregnancy yoga, active birth, hypnobirthing techniques, antenatal classes and guided relaxation; and wraps all these together in a powerful model to give you the confidence that you can do this!
